Delivery

We deliver across the UAE in 1–3 working days. Delivery is AED 25, and free on orders over AED 200.

You can pay by card when you order, or in cash when your order arrives.

Returns

Changed your mind? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and we'll arrange a collection.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days of the item reaching us. Items that are damaged on arrival are replaced free of charge — please send us a photo within 48 hours.
